Like ANSUR, the rune is under the dominion of Mercury.
But here the Mercurial influence is mixed with that of the
North Node which rules all things that are foreign and alien,
unusual or unexpected, so that, by this combination, another
aspect of Mercury's character is emphasized. Both Mercury, and
his Norse equivalent Odin, are associated with travel.
Thus, RAD is a rune of travel .
Travel can also mean your travel through life in which every event will be a lesson to you.
The faster you understand the lesson in your travels, the faster you will move on to new events
and new lessons acquiring tremendous wisdom over the years yet to come.
